It must be abundantly clear that the patient-guarantor is totally responsible for any outstanding balances. If you have insurance, we will accept assignments of benefits. The estimate patient portion will be due at the time of service. Payment may be in the form or cash, personal check, Visa or MasterCard.

Any non-sufficient fund check will incur a $25 fee. We do offer a senior citizen discount with full payment of services rendered. We also offer a 3-month no-interest payment plan. For those who need an extended payment plan, we offer outside financing through CareCredit with very favorable terms. Occasionally, we can extend any treatment to allow a payment plan as we go.

If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate you.

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith. We cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. We do accept assignment of benefits. We can help you take advantage of any secondary insurance coverage you may have.

Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service if no pre-agreed upon arrangements have been made. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance. Insurance companies are famous in delaying, denying, and refusing patient rightful benefits. Our patient relations coordinator will go to war for you to fight the insurance company. If you have any questions concerning your insurance, please do not hesitate to ask.
